The Church of God must never be deceived by customs of those countries, nor the cultures of those nations, where it is resident. The Church must rise above all influences that detract from its message of hope for all who are hungry for spiritual truths. The Church must remember its position of spiritual leadership that it has received from the Hand of God. This mighty voice of Jesus Christ has been a guide in a world of spiritual darkness, leading it to the declared mercy of God through faith in Christ as salvation to all who will believe in Him as Savior and Lord.
